Neil Milton

I am a writer, DJ/ producer and audiovisual artist.  

I studied a BA Hons in English Literature and Creative Writing from UEA, Norwich, and an MA in Sound art at LCC: UAL.  I also have a PGCE (PCET) and am a digital arts educator, teaching at Pinc College - an SEN art school - and the Midlands Arts Centre.

I DJ and have produced several albums and EPs under the guise of Expozuur.  I have a regular show on Toohotradio.net.  I also have made two sonic poetry albums.  I have been broadcast on Resonance FM and Resonance Xtra, as well as Radiophrenia, Glasgow.

I have self-published a YA novella, 3 collections of short stories, 3 poetry pamphlets and have written a memoir and autofiction novel manuscript.

I am an accomplished fine artist, producing pencil drawings (colour/chiaroscuro), pastel work (oil/ chalk) collages/ bricolage, mixed media, photography, digital art, installations, audio works and experimental films.

I have exhibited at various national galleries, including Take 5, Norwich, Ilford library, The E17 Art Trail, The Chelmsford Festival, The Brentwod Art Trail, Outside: In, Cambridge, and Fringe Arts Festival, Bath. My installation 'In Motion: Not Silent Poetry' is distirbuted by Cero Records, Mexico, and sold as part of the 'MUSLAB: Planeta Complejo 5' DVD, in galleries worldwide.
