Nan Brimble

Nan created and has been running YardFest Saltaire for 10 years - an annual yard and street festival with live music as part of the Saltaire festival. She set up and runs a fortnightly jazz night promoting a wide variety of jazz artists, recently awarded funding from Jazz North to programme emerging artists. She also hosts the spin off jazz radio show “The YardFest Jazz Hour” on BCB Radio. 

Nan plays live music: bass and bvs with Bradford Band Gurgles, sings jazz with The Band Upstairs and guest singer with The Anchor Big Band , and plays sax and flute! Lots of projects in the pipeline - passionate Bradfordian!
