Dan Burlison

Dan Burlison is a North East–based musical theatre performer and theatre creative, currently training at Arts North Studios in Sunderland. In September, he will continue his professional training at Arts Educational Schools London (ArtsEd), one of the UK’s leading drama schools.

With over twelve years of performing experience, Dan has built a strong and varied career across both stage and screen. His theatre work includes multiple professional contracts with leading UK pantomime producer Trio Entertainment, appearing in large-scale family productions. He has also performed in twelve professional productions with The Majestic Theatre, where his stage credits include popular family and pantomime titles such as The Wizard of Oz, Peter Pan, The Jungle Book, Little Red Riding Hood, and Pinocchio. Beyond regional theatre, Dan has toured extensively across the UK with a range of productions including ABBA Tribute Super Troopers and international drag artist Bella Bluebell, performing for audiences nationwide. 

Alongside his stage work, Dan has also gained experience on screen. His television credits include appearances in the CBBC series The Dumping Ground and the Channel 5 programme Forever Home. He has also worked with BBC on a promotional event for Dave Stewart, expanding his experience within broadcast and media production.

In addition to performing, Dan is also an active theatre producer and entrepreneur. He is the founder and producer of Burlison Entertainment, an independent production company specialising in the creation and delivery of live entertainment. Through Burlison Entertainment, Dan produces a wide range of theatrical productions, touring shows, themed events, and immersive experiences across the UK, working with professional performers and creatives to deliver engaging, high-quality entertainment for diverse audiences.
