Leah Henry

Hey! I'm a guitarist of 3 and a half years, I play some piano, and I sing! I'm currently studying Level 3 Music Performance at Northampton College, I've played in 4 different bands within college gigs. I'm a guitarist in an indie-punk band called Godzella, we've played our first gig together at the Performing Room in Northampton, and we are looking for gigs, and to write our own singles. Within school and college, I've been using music software such as Musescore, Garageband, Logic Pro, and Ableton for recording both covers and my own compositions. Prior to college, I studied music at GCSE, and I have took guitar and singing exams, allowing me to deepen my understanding of music theory. I specialise in alternative genres such as: rock, metal, indie, punk, and more, I've also performed in genres such as blues and country/ folk. One day, I would aspire to be both a session musician, and be apart of a live band. I'm inspired by musicians such as Matt Bellamy (Muse), Kirk Hammet (Metallica), and Taylor Momsen (The Pretty Reckless).
