Hi, I'm Jess!

In my practice I explore the connection between humanity and nature. I operate within the land and the studio, experimenting with natural and artificial light to examine organic textures, forms and colours of the natural world.

My practice combines photography, digital manipulation and layering techniques to create a body of work reimagining reality. I interrogate the fragility and beauty of our surroundings, questioning the significant environmental impact of humans and offer a glimpse into our complex connection to nature.
