Hope Kerslake

I have always loved to sing, even when I wasn't the best at it. I started lessons in Year 10, after singing in front of an audience for the first time at my school's Christmas show. However, it wasn't a Christmas song, but "We're off to see the Wizard" from Wizard of Oz. I then proceeded to attend both singing and piano lessons with NMPAT for 2 years before leaving Secondary school. I then continued singing lessons with the vocal coach at Silhouette Youth Theatre and still do ( early 2026). 

I chose to study Music Performance at College because I love being on stage and showing off my skills. I was also very excited about the idea of working in a band, since I had never done it before. Since being at college, I have performed at two college gigs, and hope to soon perform outside of college too.
