Grace was born in Bradford where she would then go on to make her theatre debut at the Alhambra Theatre in “Footloose” the musical at the age of 4. She has been performing ever since then and her passion has shone through in many productions over the years such as “The Wiz”, “Sister Act” and more.
Grace’s strongest discipline is dance- she trained at CC Dance Company from the ages of 6-16, where she studied ballet, tap, jazz, commercial, contemporary, musical theatre and lyrical. She achieved a high distinction in IDTA Intermediate ballet and grade 5 tap and received a scholarship for a year of free training due to excellent commitment. Whilst at CC she took part in weekly classes with highly skilled industry professionals as well as one-off workshops. This set her up with the knowledge and confidence to train as a ballet teacher at the young age of 17. She now teaches for BabyBallet.
Grace is also a member of Bradford Catholic Players and has entertained audiences in “The Wiz” at Beckfoot School, “High School Musical” at Bradford Playhouse and “Sister Act” at Yeadon Town Hall”. She particularly enjoyed being the dance captain for Sister Act after her talent was recognised. She has always been praised for how well her passion shines through on stage through her energy and smile. It is something that makes her stand out, especially in musical theatre which is another one of her passions. Singing and acting are also passions of Grace’s. She has worked up to grade 6 singing and is now working at a distinction in her level 3 acting course at Leeds City College, hoping to progress on to drama school in London.
