Gill Mountford

I began studying pottery in September 2001 as part of an adult education course at the Isle of Wight College, further study followed at the Jubilee Stores.

A diverting hobby became a passion when I discovered making Agateware and I have been working with this difficult hand building process ever since. I now work from my studio in Fishbourne, Isle of Wight producing blue and white Agateware ceramics for functional and decorative use.
