Bo Welch

My name is Bo Welch, and I am a dedicated, aspiring musical theatre performer with years of experience. From the age of 7, I have performed in numerous pantomimes and amateur productions, including Cats, Summer Holiday, School of Rock, Spelling Bee and Sister Act to name a few. At 16, I decided to take my training further and applied for a BTEC Level 3 extended diploma in Performing Arts where I have gained skills in leadership, script writing, directing and choreographing.  Additionally, I have attended West End Prep - a bi-weekly program - where I had the chance to work closely with industry professionals such as, Mark Hedges (director of The Bodyguard), Kris Manuel (he has over 20 years of industry experience) and Kristen Spitty. I also attend Razzamataz Newcastle where I get further training in singing, acting and dancing. They have given me so many opportunities that have helped push me as a performer, such as singing with Collabro at their Farewell Tour as part of the choir at Newcastle City Hall, I have performed in live lounges as part of a Solo, Duet and Trio throughout my years there and they also gave me the opportunity to perform at Disneyland Paris in the pre-parade with other Razz schools down main street.
