Ava Hauxwell

My name is Ava Hauxwell, and I am an aspiring upcoming performer. I have currently got a Level 2 and a Level 3 BTEC National extended diploma in Performing Arts. Some of my in-college performances include: Two, Fake, AEON, Rich Man’s Frug, and an inclusive, sensory performance based on Julia Donaldson stories. During my time on this course, I have worked with various companies, including Southpaw Dance Company and Public Acts, who were a company ran by The National Theatre. With these companies, I have performed in places like: Stockton, Shildon, South Tyneside, and Sunderland Fire Station. There are various workshops that I have also participated in, including: Fertile Ground, Pelican Theatre, and dance classes at Pineapple Dance studios in London. I have skills in many styles of dance such as Tap, Modern, Ballet, Lyrical, Song and Dance, and Contemporary - all learned through years of experience and of being in the performance industry. One performance highlight was performing in the 2018 Mass movement in the Olympic Stadium in London for Tokyo Myers, a second highlight being dancing on one of the Disneyland Paris stages in 2019. I am and always have been passionate about performing; I am reliable, and I strive to be the best performer I can be.
