Alfie Gray

My name is Alfie Gray, I am an aspiring performer and upcoming actor working towards my BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in performing arts. Before I joined Sunderland college, I trained at Pauline Quirke Academy (PQA) performing in many productions including: Wizard of Oz, Legally Blonde and our west end show which we did at His Majesty’s Theatre called Troubles A Brewin. I have gained experience of working on camera in my role of a rival boarding school member in The Dumping Ground and working as an extra in the crime drama Vera. While at Sunderland College, I have performed in many productions including Bull, Rich Man’s Frug, Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book, and an original piece named FAKE. Additionally, I have worked with Theatre Space in their summer production of The Taming of The Shrew at the Durham Fringe Festival. My passion for acting has only grown stronger through each experience - making me resilient and always excited for the next challenge to overcome.
